How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

Shipments usually delivered within 3-5 days, for non-stock products it may increase, please talk to the online agent on our website.

Order & Retunrs

How do I place an Order?

You can simply add the products that you are willing to purchase to your cart. And then go to checkout page, fill your information and place order. You will see order summary on the confirmation page, the invoice of your order will be sent to your mailbox as well.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

Be sure that you do not receive tracking information or contact with sales department. You can only return the order if it has already been shipped out.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you don't. Orders can be placed without creating account.

How Do I Track My Order?

After successful payment, we begin processing your order. For most of the orders, tracking number is given next day by email. You can also track it on your account or simply go to the page TRACK YOUR ORDER.

How Can I Return a Product?

You can simply contact with our sales department and provide the reason of return. We accept returns of the products that are not used after inspections of our team.
