Its 360° light radiation design ensures uniform bilirubin exposure across the infant's body, with three distinct radiation zones (circle 3700 μW/cm², up side 3300 μW/cm², down side 2400 μW/cm²) optimised for clinical efficacy. The blue light wavelength range of 420–490 nm aligns with peak bilirubin absorption, enabling rapid photoisomerisation of unconjugated bilirubin.
Integrated temperature monitoring—both air and skin—allows clinicians to maintain precise thermal control during treatment, critical for preventing hypothermia or hyperthermia in vulnerable neonates. Flexible count-up and count-down timer functions, combined with cumulative treatment tracking, support evidence-based phototherapy protocols and comprehensive patient records.
